Swine flu brings a brave face mask fashion up again
Regardless of the state, it’s infected count, or it’s proximity to Mexico City’s epicenter, citizens are in panic, chaos has set in. In a bid to stay positive, a few brave souls have started decorating their swine flu face masks, in Mexico City. Call it a fashion statement or firm determination, the one who puts a brave face during crises is a winner in brighter times.

If you ever think about travel to Russia and visit Moscow, you might like visit Moscow subway. It’s definetely worth looking. First of all architecture of Moscow subway is astonishing, I think I’ll make a separate post about architecture of Moscow subway, because each stop, each station is so nice. During Soviet era amounts worth of millions dollars were invested in the construction of Moscow subway.
Each station is like museum, with huge patchworks occupying some walls, high ceilings and antique type chandeliers. And in those magnificent interriors nowadays you can meet people that look like really weird.
You can meet Comrade Stalin for example, sitting on the common passenger seat of Moscow subway.

Horror by the River. Russia
When the night comes to this small town in Russia its dwellers dress their into their best cloths and go to the promenade by the city river bank among the steel horror sculptures erected by unknown genius.

Restaurant on the tree in Okinawa
Purely decorative follies do not spring up like trees, so here is a functional folly which has done just that – the Okinawa tree house which is poised in a banyan tree (or maybe it is a gajumaru tree). Whatever. The tree is in fact concrete.
Back in the late nineteenth century the French were making trees out of cement and a good example of has survived at Oakworth Park in Yorkshire. But I have not seen such a bizarre and impressive modern version as this before.
This treehouse is a restaurant, serving Asian food. It is located on Highway 58 at the entrance to Onoyama Park in southern Japan where it overlooks the ocean. Visitors ascend via a lift inside the trunk.
