A man checks a public phone placed at the flooded promenade on the Sava river
bank in Belgrade, on Thursday 06 April 2006. Water levels of Serbian rivers,
especialy Danube, continued to rise and caused a state of emergency in the
northern and central regions of the country most affected by the flooding.

On the Zemun side of the Suicide Bridge across Sava is a graveyard for old
cars (confusingly marked with signs saying “subaru”).
